Our Roots
We started our business in Asia in 1990 and opened L'Opera In Manila in 1994 with one only goal in mind: providing an enjoyable Italian dining experience. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we’ve managed to stay in business for decades. Providing dishes that are fresh, hearty and simply unforgettable.

Home Made Pasta
Our fresh pastas, whether is the tri-colored ravioli filled with lobster, the potato gnocchi, lasagna etc., are made daily in our restaurant using only fresh and high quality ingredients. Our Taglierini for the truffle sauce are made with 28 egg yolk per Kg. of semolina flour!
Special grilled meat
Over the years we have been selected as one of the places to go for grilled meat. Moreno and Paolo , both from Tuscany says that: any cut of meat less than 600grams, in Tuscany is called Carpaccio. Try our huge Chianina T.Bone (Fiorentina) minimum 1.4Kg. and you know what we mean. We also served Black Angus Tomahawk, ribe eye etc.
